About Body Fix Therapies
Kym Adair, Master Rehabilitative Therapist
Kym has been practicing massage therapy for 14 years. She graduated from the Northwest School of Massage in Seattle, Washington in 1996 and immediately went into medical massage therapy, treating auto accident injuries and working with physicians treating soft tissue dysfunctions. Throughout the years she has developed a unique technique that breaks the soft tissue holding patterns that develop from years of imbalance and cumulative minor injuries. She works to "reprogram" the muscles and connective tissue from the positions and habits that keep them out of balance and makes them prone to injury. She uses a combination of long, slow trigger point pressure, myofascial release, and range of motion techniques to retrain the body. This approach has both immediate and long term, long lasting effects. While her style is definitely therapeutic more people fall asleep during these sessions than during a Swedish massage. Come see the difference with Kym!
Jon Adair, Senior Rehabilitative/Deep Tissue Therapist
Jon graduated in 2007 from the Fair Oaks Massage Institute in Fair Oaks, CA. He specializes in rehabilitative massage, relaxation massage and on-site chair massage. He excels at customizing each massage to the client's preferences and needs for that session. His in-born talent shines in every massage. Combining a professional attitude with personal attention, Jon provides a therapeutic session that feels like being pampered at the same time. His foot and head massages are favorites. Come see why Jon's clients rave about him!

Monique was working as a massage therapist for 5 years before she joined the Body Fix team. She has a singular talent for intuitively feeling a clients dysfunctions and knowing how to treat each area. She has a quick mind and has picked up rehabilitative theory and techniques amazingly fast. She has quickly become highly requested as a therapist and has had several testimonials related to our offices by very happy clients. She wields her skills and talents quite effectively on even the most challenging cases.
She gets fabulous results from her regular rehabilitative clientele and she puts her relaxation clients into bliss! Monique is also one of our onsite massage therapy specialists. She transfers her ability to hone in on problem areas and relax clients to the workplace massage and helps keep employees happy, healthy and feeling good.
Naomi Duzniak, Senior Rehabilitative Therapist
Naomi is Body Fix’s most recent addition and we are so glad to have her. She brings to the table a unique relaxation touch combined with experience in a clinical setting treating injuries and postural dysfunctions. In addition, she is a Pilates Instructor and is currently undergoing training to become a Pilates Master. This training has given her a more complete understanding of how the body functions and combined with her apprenticeship with Kym in the SEAR technique, has increased her skill level in rehabilitative massage therapy. She hasn’t lost her ability to give an awesome relaxation massage and she does a great job of combining the techniques to give an amazing massage.
Bonnie McNiel, Junior Rehabilitative Therapist
We are super excited to bring Bonnie on board. She started here as one of the brightest interns we’ve ever met. After graduating from one full Massage Therapy course her desire to learn more about massage led her to enroll in another, even more comprehensive school.
She comes to us with an amazing intuitive ability, fantastic touch and an inquisitive mind that is determined to discover the cause of clients’ dysfunctions and determine what the best course of therapy will be for maximum results. She brings the skills of a long time rehabilitative therapist to the table during each session, often times putting people into a state of relaxation they have never been to before. Rarely have we seen someone excel so quickly out of schooling and she just keeps getting better and better!
Audra Adams, Junior Relaxation/Rehabilitative Therapist
Audra comes to us after working in the massage therapy industry for over 3 years. Her forum was relaxation massage with a focus on problem areas and she adds her soothing, comforting touch to the rehabilitative therapy techniques and philosophies she has learned as an apprentice to Kym.
She has a unique ability to make clients feel comfortable , whether they are massage pros or first timers. She uses a variety of techniques to combine a “feel good” massage with rehabilitative moves. Clients LOVE her touch and regularly comment on how great their sessions were with her.
