Liability

All Body Fix Therapies practitioners are fully trained in on site massage therapy, carry all required county and state licenses and carry malpractice insurance. To each company that engages Body Fix Therapies’ services and requests they will be named additional insured on the liability policy and a certificate of insurance will be provided.

If the company requires, all employees that use Body Fix Therapies services will be provided with a form that releases their employer from any and all liability relating to their use of Body Fix Therapies Services.
